My name is Rand DeCastro and I am a web designer from Redwood Shores, CA. I was recently enrolled in the Web Design Certificate Program at Seattle Central Community College. I have always loved design and believe web design is the perfect combination of creativity, analytical thinking, and problem solving. Left brain meet right brain.
